内海造船㈱因島工場様で起工式
本日も内海造船㈱因島工場様へ行って参りました。
天気もよく、気持ちの良い起工式日和でした。
船の起工式には、「溶接初（ようせつはじめ）の儀」がございます。この新造船を作る為、初めての溶接を行う儀式です。
代表の方がスイッチをおします。
すると造船所の方が溶接を始めます。
この間、笛と太鼓にて少し賑やかに演出させて頂きました。
舞も奉納させて頂き、無事滞りなく納めさせて頂きました。
おめでとうございました。
新造船のご無事のご竣工を、心より祈念申し上げます。

いつも仕事が速いですね～。
私の司会も、もう１０回目くらいですかね。
いつ見ても、「巫女舞」はいいです！！
今来られている監督さんにも、造船所の起工式で
巫女舞があるのは珍しいとのことでした。

おそれいります。でも褒められるなんて何百年も早いですよ（笑）まだまだ未熟で申し訳ないです（＾＾；）
巫女舞を取り入れる、楽を取り入れる等、全ては当社宮司の「より良い式にしたい」と言う考えのもとであり、参列した皆様が良い式だったと思って下さる事が私達職員にとっても一番嬉しいです。
